The use of a warm water environment for rehabilitation of all types of injuries is rapidly increasing and is something that we are proud to offer to our patients at Nannen and Harte Physical Therapy.
Aquatic rehabilitation techniques allow earlier and more aggressive intervention that maximizes physiologic function and recovery from injury. There are many benefits to the use of warm water in rehabilitation, some of which include improved flexibility and range of motion, relaxation, coordination, balance and trunk stability, and muscle balance in building strength.
